All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner, whether by formal meetings of a fixed duration, or any other means, for the express purpose of meeting the Client's needs in respect of provision of the Company's stated services/products, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law.

ALOGISTICS provides shipping and logistics services as described on our website. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without notice.

The Client agrees to provide accurate and complete information necessary for the provision of our services, including but not limited to shipping addresses, package contents, and dimensions.

ALOGISTICS is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, customs delays, or actions by third-party carriers.

Prohibited Items

The Client agrees not to ship any items that are prohibited by law or by our policies. Prohibited items include, but are not limited to:

  • Illegal substances and narcotics
  • Firearms, explosives, and weapons
  • Hazardous materials
  • Perishable goods (unless specifically arranged)
  • Live animals
  • Counterfeit goods
  • Cash and currency

ALOGISTICS reserves the right to refuse service, inspect packages, or report to authorities if we have reason to believe a shipment contains prohibited items.

Payment and Fees

The Client agrees to pay all fees associated with our services as outlined on our website or as quoted. Fees may include shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, and any additional services requested.

Payment must be made in advance unless credit terms have been established. We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and other payment methods as specified on our website.

All prices are subject to change without notice. The Client is responsible for all taxes, duties, and fees imposed by governmental authorities.

Limitation of Liability

ALOGISTICS's liability for any loss or damage to a shipment is limited to the declared value of the shipment or the actual value of the shipment, whichever is less, up to a maximum of $100 unless additional insurance is purchased.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, arising out of or related to the use of our services.

Claims for loss or damage must be filed within 30 days of the delivery date or the date the shipment should have been delivered.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising under or related to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in the United States.
